For the past 15 years, I have been a dedicated primary school teacher, nurturing young minds and fostering growth in countless children. Simultaneously, I played a vital role in the council's occupational health department, offering short-term, transformative therapy through 6-session interventions. Witnessing the incredible impact of counselling on individuals' lives, I found my true calling in helping people navigate their emotional landscapes and reclaim their inner peace.

Today, I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter as a private counsellor, extending my passion for transformative healing to a wider audience. First session – what to expect.

For our first session, we will meet and greet, whether this be face-to-face or online. We will look over the counselling agreement, which refers to an agreement between you and me, regarding the terms and conditions of our therapeutic relationship. This contract serves as a foundational framework that outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties during the counselling process.

We will review the purpose and goals, confidentiality, session frequency and duration, fees and payment, boundaries, informed consent and the counselling ethical framework.
